How Does it Work?

I’m a strength and conditioning coach in Los Angeles. I work with an extremely wide range of people: from college athletes, busy parents, musicians, to your grandma. My ideal client is anyone with a goal, a positive attitude, and a willingness to put in the work.

Everybody is different and every body is different, so training is catered to your individual needs. No matter who you are or what you do, we will come up with a plan together, and get where you want to be!

It’s really that simple.

You need a plan. Anyone can yell at you and have you do a million burpees and make you so sore you can barely walk, but what’s the point? There has to be a method to the madness. Your program is structured to have you progressively build toward your ultimate goal.

  • Training should be safe: ‘Safe’ doesn’t sound exciting, but it can be very, very exciting. Results come from consistent work over time, and you can’t be consistent when you’re consistently getting hurt. I should know. My own injuries have led me to learn and develop a system that delivers serious results while protecting your joints and building resilience against future injuries. You should have confidence that you can live life unencumbered.

  • Training should be fun: Well, as fun as hard training can be. Your program will be built on simple, proven principles. My methods are always changing and evolving so you don’t waste time or get stuck in a rut of doing the same thing over and over again.

  • The program works…if you do: I can show you the way, but I can’t do the work for you. Sorry.
