Cancelation Policy

We’ve all had days that can get too busy or something pops up last minute, I respect that your time is valuable and I appreciate that you understand mine is too. Advance notice allows me to fulfill scheduling needs and keeps me operating at the most efficient level.

  • Appointment Changes OUTSIDE of 24 Hour Window - All services can be rescheduled or canceled outside of the 24-hour window from your appointment without penalty or fee.  The more advance the notice, the better.

  • Appointment Change INSIDE of 24 Hour Window - I operate on a pre-scheduled, first come first served basis. If you do not give me a 24 hour notice, you will be charged in full for the session. Please call if you are going to be more than 5 minutes late.

  • No-Show - If you scheduled an appointment and subsequently fail to be present for your time (and have not contacted me to cancel the appointment), you will be charged in full for the session.

  • Emergencies - I reserve the right to grant forgiveness to subsequent cancellations and no-shows in the case of sickness, family emergencies, etc. It will be your responsibility to contact me in the case of an emergency to request an exception.

  • Refunds - No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, and unused sessions.
