CAN I USE THE GYM WHEN WE ARENT TRAINING?
Not only can you, I encourage you too! All of my active clients will have access to use the gym durring open gym hours.
Current Schedule:
M-F: 9-11am
M/Th/F: 1-5pm

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time, if you cancel less than 24 hours before your session you will be charged in full. You can read more HERE
Please contact me in case of emergency, I understand unexpected things pop up and I will do our best to work with your situation.

WHAT KIND OF EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
I have worked with people ranging from 10 years old to 75+, from fitness newcomers, to elite level athletes.
You don’t need any experience at all! We will work on building foundations to progress you through movement and advancements in mobility and fitness properly. If anything, it’s better to come in as a clean slate – less bad habits and compensations we need to work through

WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT ?
To be completely honest, if the training world did its job correctly this wouldn’t be a question. But its not, so let me brag a little bit.
I personalize your experience every step of the way, there’s no copy and paste plan here. We learn about your body & goals to build a fitness experience and individualized training program specifically for you.
I worked and learned under one of the best physical therapists i’ve ever known. That experience has helped shape and further my understanding of the body in ways a typical trainer likely will never have.

WHAT IS YOUR TRAINING METHODOLOGY ?
I developed my training methodology based on human physiology, logic & experience. My understanding and approach is always changing as I continue to learn, but the basics always hold true.

My physical address is Pasadena, CA
I do offer remote training so that you can get the same quality coaching & training from the comfort of wherever you are!

DO MY SESSIONS EXPIRE?
In short, yes.
Because my goal is to get you to yours, it is important that we are consistent in training and follow the plan we came up with.
If you have a membership sessions will expire at the end of the term. Packages will expire 60 and 120 days after purchase.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Water - Stay hydrated! We do have a water filling station so at minimum, bring a water bottle. I also encourage you to eat a light meal about an hour before your session.
Yourself!
That's it! You are welcome to bring anything else you would like, maybe a towel, but it's not required.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Always wear comfortable clothing that breathes.
Shorts, Shirt, Shoes..pretty simple!

WHAT IF IM RUNNING LATE?
I ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your session starts. Gives you time to get settled in and start some of your mobilizing!

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
There is a parking lot behind the building that you can reach through an ally via Pico or Fillmore.
