Introductory Package
The first step is always the most nerve wracking! Lets walk through what you can expect to make this as easy as possible.
Session 0: Free Consultation
Background and Goals: We’ll discuss your exercise background, injury history, current lifestyle and goals. After that we will move around with a movement assessment. This way we can begin to understand how your body moves and what has led you to this point in your training journey.
Create a Plan: Now that we have a better understanding of your body, its needs, and your goals. We will create a plan based on everything we learned and where you want to go.
Session 1:
Pre-Hab: We will go over any stretching, mobility or muscle activation exercises to address what we discovered in your movement assessment. This will allow you to connect better with your body, maximizing your training and build resilience from potential injury and increase recovery.
Session 2-4:
Its Training Time: Time to workout!
If you’ve been interested in dipping your toe in to see what training is like then this is the easiest place to start. This can be the beginning of your fitness journey or a simple tune up to your movement/technique.
