The first step is always the most nerve wracking, i’ll lay out exactly what we will do.
Background and Goals: a review of your physical background, injuries, lifestyle and goals. This way we can begin to understand what has led you to this point in your training journey, and begin designing your plan.
Physical Assessment: Just hearing about your background may give us insight into your body, but now we need see how you move. Don’t worry this isnt a workout, I want to see how you move through a couple simple bodyweight movements.
Create a Plan: Now we’ll have a much deeper understanding of your body and its needs. We will create a plan together based on everything we just learned and where you want to go.
